Update 4-3-20

You are now only allowed 10 slides in a Gallery Element. It used to be 11 but has now been changed to 10.

Update 2-4-19

You may notice a small change when you load the "Chatbots" view. We have removed the Open Rate and CTR stats from this view. However, no worries, you can still access the statistics for each bot by click the "Stats" button as shown in the image below:

Update 4-3-20

Text Element
A maximum character count of 600 characters is allowed in your Text Element.

Gallery Element
A total of 10 slides are permitted in a Gallery Element.

Image, Card and Gallery Element
The optimal image sizes are:
Landscape = 1200x630 pixels
Portrait = 1200x1200 pixels

Video Element
The maximum size of video you can upload is 25mb.

Files
You can add downloadable files to your Bots. The accepted file types are: .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .pptm, .doc, .docx, .docm, .zip

Audio
You can upload any .mp3 or .wav audio file.

User Input
You can gather more information about your subscribers with the "User Input" block. Such as phone numbers, emails, addresses etc. Note: First, you need to set that up on Custom Field under the settings.

Delay Typing
This element is designed to make your subscribers feel they are talking with a human.

UPDATE (3-13-18):

We have added a "Preview" button inside the Chat Engage builder. The first time you interact with the Preview, you will be asked to "opt" yourself in so we know where to send the Preview Bot. When you click "Preview" for the first time, you will be presented with a modal asking you to "Send To Messenger". Once you have done this the first time Previewing a Bot on each Fan Page, you will no longer be presented with this modal. From that point on, the Bot will be delivered to the Facebook account you "opted-in" with the first time.

The new "Audio" Element is now available inside the Chat Engage Bot Builder!

You can upload any .mp3 or .wav audio file.
